Hi! I’m Marcy Jones and I’m a lawyer, an executive coach, and a public speaker. As a lawyer and an executive coach, I bring a wealth of training, expertise and personal experience to my coaching practice. Prior to going to law school, which was after my own divorce and with young children at home, I owned my own fitness business called The Exercise Company. I was a group fitness instructor and certified personal trainer, counseling hundreds of people about the importance of regular exercise, good nutrition, and balance in their personal and professional lives.

My legal background includes work as a prosecutor, as an associate in a law firm, and then in my own solo practice. I know first hand the challenges of creating a successful law career, raising children, and the difficulty of finding time to take care of my own physical, emotional and spiritual health. My coaching excellence is built on my own professional and life experiences and is focused on helping women lawyers create effective strategies for their work-life balance issues – always emphasizing enhancing their personal health and wellness.

I have a knack for helping people see past their current situation to formulate a workable plan for success. I have training in mediation, negotiation and the collaborative law process, and I am a certified coach and a member of the International Coach Federation. My unique combination of training and skills allows me to quickly see the barriers that interfere with an individual’s work-life balance and health enhancement strategies. I can then support my clients as they formulate the plans to overcome these barriers. My passion for teaching, motivating and inspiring clients to create and maintain a healthy and balanced lifestyle is infectious.
